The Engage Learning Board of Directors is charged with balancing two roles of equal importance: to serve as an overseeing body and to be a supporting force of Engage Learning. Members of the Engage Learning Board of Directors are highly educated, experienced academics with business experience. The Board of Directors meets quarterly and discusses the business of the corporation. Members of the Board of Directors include but are not limited to corporate officers, senior staff members, stockholders, and educational specialists. The Board of Directors and the President and CEO oversee all important business decisions and chart the course of future research and development.
